The Role

As FOH Supervisor, you'll assist the Café Manager and be a key player in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations on the floor, providing exceptional customer service, and leading by example. You'll support the Café Directors and help mentor our team of café staff to deliver a seamless and memorable customer experience. This is position has 30-35 hours available each week (days only). An Immediate start is available for the right Applicant.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise FOH operations in the café area
• Motivate and support team members to achieve service excellence
• Manage daily staffing, breaks, and task allocation
• Provide hands-on service during peak periods
• Assist with training, stock control, and opening/closing procedures
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally

About You

• Previous hospitality or retail leadership experience
• A genuine passion for customer service and high-quality food
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Calm under pressure, with a positive, can-do attitude
• Barista skills and/or POS experience
• Flexible availability, including weekends
