This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure in both Food & Beverage Operations and Front Office, giving you a well-rounded understanding of hotel service and guest experience.
Position Summary:
- Assist with the restaurant service period, tending to the travellers and exceeding their expectations
- Provide a friendly genuine service throughout the complete food and beverage and welcoming experience, creating a place with the traveller in mind
- Maintain outlet cleanliness and ensure all checklists are completed daily with a focus on attention to detail
- Understand traveller’s requirements and create classic and timeless experiences with each traveller’s experience
- Support your Food and Beverage and Front Office team in general operational tasks
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new travellers to enable future bookings
About You:
- Relevant experience in a similar role
- Working rights in Australia
- An up-to-date RSA
- Have or willing to obtain both a Food safety certificate and Allergen Awareness certificate
- Enthusiastic to escalate your career
- Self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast-paced environment
- Armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude
