Food & Beverage Attendant

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments using the POS system.
• Prepare and serve beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
• Assist in cold food preparation, plating, and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café, including tables, counters, floors and equipment.
• Restock supplies and ensure all products are fresh and available.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues professionally.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Basic knowledge of food handling and hygiene standards.
• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays when required.
• Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
