Experienced barista all-rounder

About the role

Aroma & Tea Patisserie is seeking an experienced barista all-rounder to join our vibrant team in Leederville. As a casual barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting delicious coffee beverages in a fast-paced cafe environment.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and serving a wide range of coffee, tea and specialty drinks
• Providing outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area, following all health and safety regulations
• Assisting with general cafe duties such as food preparation, stocking and inventory management
• Collaborating with the team to identify opportunities for process improvements

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a barista in a fast-paced cafe or restaurant environment
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a team
• Knowledge of coffee brewing methods, equipment and current industry trends
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
