We’re hiring multiple Cook Alones across a variety of exciting cuisines, including:
Pizza, Burgers, Sushi and Vietnamese
The intake for this position will take place 19th of January 2026.
As part of our brand-new Urban Food District, you’ll help deliver unforgettable moments for every guest. Here’s what makes this role exciting:

- Craft dishes with precision, with the ability to maintain high and consistent food standards at all times
- Master organisation and timing, turning preparation into perfection
About You
You’ll bring the following:
- A good attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong work ethic with an ability to adapt quickly
- Basic culinary and cooking skills highly desirable
- Australian recognised Trade Papers or Cert III in Commercial Cookery - Preferred but not essential
- HACCAP knowledge
