Chef or Cook- Hybla Tavern

Hybla Tavern, a beautiful WA coastal pub located in Albany, Western Australia, is looking for an enthusiastic Chef or Cook to join a team of passionate people!

The Role:

• Assisting our chefs on the line, in a fast-paced environment;
• Be able to work all aspects in the kitchen from fryers, to pans, grill, larder and pass;
• Work clean and organised, managing proper storage and rotation of ingredients, maintaining a clean workspace, and adhering to food and safety sanitation standards;

 To be considered for the role, you will have:

• Proven experience in a similar role (essential);
• Standout attention to detail and presentation skills;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, while still managing to crack a smile;
• Strong organisational and time management skills;
• Food Handlers Certificate;
