WE’RE HIRING – CHEF / COOK (CASUAL OR FULL-TIME)

Winnie’s is growing, and we’re looking for a kitchen legend to join our production team!

If you love great food, fast pace, and working with a tight-knit crew — you’ll fit right in. Our production kitchen creates everything from pies, sausage rolls, savoury bakes to ready meals and catering and we take pride in doing it well.

What this role looks like:

• Preparing and cooking high-quality products for daily service + catering. (Lots of pies and sausage rolls included in this).

• Consistency, cleanliness, organisation and excellent food safety

• Working alongside a supportive, upbeat team

• A mix of autonomy and teamwork — we value both

• Full-time or casual options available depending on your lifestyle

Pay based on qualification/experience on Hospitality Award.

Who we’re looking for:

• Solid experience in a kitchen (production, café or bakery a bonus!)

• Someone steady, reliable and calm under pressure

• A good communicator with a “pitch in” mindset

• Loves good food and takes pride in doing things properly
