Job Description

Are you passionate about food and love working in a vibrant, coastal environment?

Oaks Broome Hotel & Oaks Cable Beach Resort are looking for an enthusiastic several Casual Cooks to join our friendly kitchen team.

Duties Include:

  • Prepare and cook menu items to a high standard.
  • Assist with daily food prep.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen.
  • Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with the Head Chef and team to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications

To be successful you will have:

  • Proven experience as cook
  • Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods
  • Good communication skills
  • Positive, proactive attitude and a passion for cooking
  • Availability to work across a variety of shifts - including breakfast and dinner shifts
