Casual Coffee Roastery All-Rounder – Wangara, WA
Kaltiva Coffee Roasters is on the hunt for a fun, reliable, and coffee-loving legend to join our team!
We’re a small, passionate crew roasting top-quality coffee in Wangara – and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in.
What we’re after:
Previous barista experience – must know your way around a machine
Physically fit – this role involves lifting & packing beans
Reliable and punctual – we need someone we can count on
Positive, outgoing attitude – you help make the workplace a great vibe
Passionate about coffee & customer service
Team player who takes initiative without needing to be asked
Must have reliable transport
The job includes:
Packing roasted coffee
Making delicious coffee
Keeping things clean and running smoothly
Serving and chatting with our awesome customers
Helping out wherever needed – no two days are the same!
Casual hours across Mon–Fri 7am–2pm, Sat 8am–12pm
