Type: Full-Time – For the right applicant
Roster: 3 day week + 1 day weekend (38hr)

We’re a vibrant French-Aussie fusion café with a loyal local following, a strong focus on warm hospitality, and a hardworking team that loves what we do. We’re on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Café Supervisor to lead our crew at one of our French Cafes and help us continue serving up great coffee, delicious food, and good vibes—all without working nights!
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Opening and closing venue 6.30am start
• Leading and supporting our amazing front-of-house team
• Ensuring every customer has a standout experience
• Supervising daily operations smoothly and efficiently
• Training future employees
• Supervising employees and policy compliance
• Liaising with the management team to keep the service seamless
• Handling stock and rotation
• Maintaining our high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and compliance
• Leading by example
What We’re Looking For:
• Must have barista experience!
• Previous experience supervising a busy café or similar venue
• A warm, confident personality with a passion for customer service
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Love for food, coffee, and community
• Organised, reliable, and always ready to jump in
• Someone who thrives in a fun, fast-paced, team-first environment
