The Margaret River Chocolate Company is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Café & Retail All-Rounder to join our team.This role offers a mix of café and retail work, providing a dynamic and fun work environment where no two days are the same!
What We’re Looking For:
- A qualified barista with hands-on experience making high-quality coffee
- Previous retail experience and confidence in customer service and sales
- A friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work weekdays and weekends between 9 AM – 5 PM
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Preparing and serving delicious coffee and beverages
- Assisting customers in our retail store, offering product advice and upselling
- Handling cash and EFTPOS transactions with accuracy
- Maintaining a clean and welcoming café and retail space
- Working collaboratively with our passionate team
