Café Manager – Full Time Position

We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Café Manager to join our French–Aussie café group and lead one of our beautiful venues. Our cafés are known for their friendly team culture, loyal customer base, and relaxed yet professional atmosphere. We’re looking for someone who can keep that magic going!
About the Role:
This is a hands-on management position where you’ll oversee day-to-day café operations, lead a dedicated team, and ensure exceptional customer service. You’ll work with confidence to drive results, maintain smooth service, and keep the café running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate the front-of-house team
Create and manage staff rosters
Oversee daily operations and service flow
Maintain a high standard of presentation and customer care
Monitor sales, performance, and cost control
Support onboarding, and training where required
Ensure compliance with food safety and workplace policies
About You:
Proven experience managing a café or similar fast-paced venue.
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Confident in managing staff and service standards.
Business-minded with a proactive and positive approach.
Reliable, hands-on, and calm under pressure.
Must be available weekends and public holidays
