Café Manager

Voodoo cafe at CBD is looking for a passionate and energetic Café Manager to lead our store and deliver an exceptional guest experience every day.

What we’re looking for:

 Minimum 2 years Barista experience

 Strong understanding of inventory control & ordering

 Skilled in rostering, workflow planning & time management

 Ability to coach, train & grow team capability

 Confident with café systems, operations & daily execution

 Highly motivated, energetic — young & driven applicants encouraged
