About the Role:

As a Café Assistant, you’ll be a key part of the Hotel Services team, providing high-quality customer service in our well-appointed café. With stunning views and a friendly atmosphere, our café is a central hub for the Bethesda community. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Coffee Making – Prepare a variety of coffee orders with speed and consistency
• Customer Service – Deliver friendly, professional service to all café patrons
• Basic Food Preparation – Assist with sandwich making and light food pre
• Cleaning & Maintenance – Keep the café space tidy and hygiene
• Cash Handling – Operate the register and manage transactions efficiently

About You:

We're looking for a customer - focused, reliable and enthusiastic team member with:

✔️ Food prep experience – Sandwich making or similar skills are a bonus
✔️ Team spirit – Enjoys working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
✔️ Workplace values – Shares Bethesda’s core values of Teamwork, Respect, Integrity, Compassion, Excellence, and Professionalism

✔️ Barista experience (desirable) – Minimum 6 months operating a coffee machine in a hospitality setup
