Elderbloom is currently seeking an enthusiastic café all-rounder for our community café. Elderbloom Community Care Centres is a not-for-profit organisation situated in the northern suburbs and we offer a range of high-quality aged care accommodation and support services.

To be a successful applicant you will be/have:

  • Working knowledge of Food Safety (HACCP) guidelines and WHS regulations.
  • Food handling knowledge and skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills and commitment to meeting customer expectations.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
  • Experience working in a hospitality role.
  • Current flu vaccination.
  • Australian Work Rights.
  • Valid police clearance (or willing to get a police clearance).

Desirable criteria for this position include:

  • Barista course certification.
  • Food handling certification.
  • Conflict resolutions skills.
  • Experiencing with handling payment and operating POS terminals.
