Breakfast Cook

Dropinz Coffee is looking to bring on another amazing experienced breakfast cook to join our team.

You will be working in a great team environment whilst working individually in the preparation of our breakfast menu and cabinet foods.

We are a very busy cafe that prides ourselves on the quality and speed of service.

We operate from 6:00am (breakfast opens at 7:00am) and close by 2:00pm (breakfast finishes at 12:30pm).

On the weekends we are open until 3:00pm and our breakfast service stops at 2:30pm.

Your role will also include:

- Product quality control & stock rotation

- Supplier ordering & management

- Kitchen cleanliness

We will provide you with the required training to be able to serve our set breakfast menu at the standard we require and also provide you with the opportunities to show case your own creativity within the kitchen. 

Management currently operates two night time venues, Lazyday Burgers & Woodfire Pizza Mullaloo. You will have the opportunity to work alongside other professional chefs in order to help service the two venues. This will enable you to diversify your skill set as you will have the opportunity to work between varying cuisines. 

A suitable candidate will:

- Have experience cooking breakfast style foods

- A passion for food

- Can work great in a team environment and autonomously

- Has great communication skills

- Is punctual and maintains a clean & tidy kitchen

We offer a very competitive hourly rate with the opportunity for salaried employment and/ or sponsorship to the right candidate. Your rate is negotiable based on experience and skill level.
