Baristas Wanted | Exciting New Education Site in Peppermint Grove!

About The Role

We’re excited to be launching a brand-new education site in Peppermint Grove, and we’re looking for 2 part-time baristas to join our team! Cater Care is partnering with one of the region’s prestigious schools to provide exceptional coffee and beverage services to students and staff.

You’ll receive full training in early to mid-January, ready to start when the site opens. Enjoy the convenience of on-site parking and easy access to public transport, with nearby bus routes making your commute simple.

Roster: Monday to Friday: 7:00am- 2:00pm - School terms 

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver fast, friendly, and efficient customer service to students and staff
• Prepare and serve high-quality beverages, including coffee and tea, to consistently high standards
• Rotate stock and assist with inventory management to ensure smooth daily operations
• Support the broader catering team as needed, pitching in wherever required
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming service environment at all times

What We’re Looking For

• Proven barista experience, ideally in high-volume, quick-service environments
• Current RSA certificate (advantageous)
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to working school-term schedules
• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to work collaboratively with the team
