Baristas + Hospo legends

Join The Beach Bus Fam.

We're growing so bloody fast, we're looking for more gun baristas + hospo legends.

WE HAVE:

• Beach front office + swims after work, acai, endless coffee, great banter and a fun team thats like family
• Amazing regulars + plenty of doggos. We literally invited some of our regulars to our Wedding - we take getting to know our community very seriously
• 20-40 hours to hustle some coin over Summer (or more or less if you prefer)
• A few warehouse shifts in back of house where you can put your headphones in while you pump out some granola, peanut butter and toasties

YOU’LL NEED:

• Proven Experience in a busy Australian venue - expect to handle up to 20kg of coffee on a busy day. Unfortunately we are not in the position to train someone from scratch so please do not apply if you've recently completed a barista certificate
• weekday/weekend/public holiday availability- throughout December/January especially.
• Please do not apply if you are only in Perth for a few months or have any long holidays booked for the Summer as we need all hands on deck and we like to hire for the long-term
• Grit, initiative and great banter with a work hard, play hard attitude. We get seriously slammed on hot days, so you’ve gotta be that special kind of crazy that thrives in chaos and loves every minute of it.
