All Foods Market is a well-established West Australian-owned, family-run business that operates several IGA supermarkets around Perth.

All Foods Market is currently seeking an experienced senior café professional to join their strong and successful team in Kingsley. You will be involved with the general day-to-day management and operation of the Kingsley Café. This role would suit a person that is enthusiastic, driven and enjoys a fast-paced environment.

As a Barista / Café assistant, your role will involve;

• Maintaining / preparing the Café's food selection and ensuring consistency throughout the menu
• Maintaining the Cafés presentation and cleanliness and ensuring the highest levels of customer service are maintained by all staff members at all times
• Actively promoting the Café and special events
• Actively thinking of ways to improve the Café and wider food / beverage offering
• Providing outstanding customer service 

What are we looking for?

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proven experience in deli/café's, particularly within high volume operations
• Energetic, reliable and positive with experience in leading a team.
• Exceptional presentation, communication, time management & attention to detail
• Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
• Ability to work a flexible rotating roster including nights/ weekends.
• Fully trained as a barista.
• Passionate foodie who is always looking to innovate with the menu and deliver consistent quality products, tailored to the customer. 

Our store is open 7 days a week so flexibility in the hours and shifts you can work (including weekends) is essential.
