Perth Racing is seeking experienced Baristas / Café Counterhands and Cooks to join our vibrant and fast-paced team for the Ascot Racing Carnival.  As a casual employee, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our popular food and café outlets. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fun, social environment. The atmosphere is electric, and you can be part of the excitement that is unique to Perth Racing.

Duties

• Use your customer service skills to provide patrons with a personalized and memorable experience
• Café and fast food preparation and cooking in accordance with food safety and hygiene protocols
• Making high quality coffee at a consistently fast pace
• Cash handling & POS operation
• Maintain cleanliness and condition of coffee machine and working area.

To be successful in these roles you will need to have:

• Relevant experience in reputable venues
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast paced environment
• High standard of personal presentation
• Excellent communication skills
• Availability to work Saturday day shifts
• Safe Food Handler/ Safety Training
