Barista/Bar Staff

We are seeking confident, organised and experienced baristas/bar staff to become the faces of Portofinos Beach Bar Kitchen. This role will require someone ready to take on the challenge of the daily operations of the coffee section and behind-the-bar area. An enthusiastic individual who is passionate about creating amazing coffee, mixed with a warm and welcoming attitude.

Our Ideal candidate will:

• Have a minimum of 1 year of barista & bar experience
• RSA
• Food handling certification
• Comfortable working solo
• Time management & organisation skills
• A warm and welcoming personality
• Customer focused
• Have proven experience with cafe/coffee operations
• Pouring beer and basic cocktail experience
• Able to work under pressure

This role is permanent and ongoing, including night and weekend work. Short-term job applicants won't be considered.
