BARISTA / ALL ROUNDER | FOH

Hey Folks!

AGWA Cafe & Bar, a small specialty coffee bar in Perth's CBD is now looking for a BARISTA / ALL ROUNDER.

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our friendly FOH team.

Experience necessary but a great attitude is crucial.

20/25 hours casual to start, with further opportunities for the right individual further down the track!

Weekends are a must.

Payment is as per award rate, level is subject to skills, attitude and other valuable points.

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 3 years experience as FOH member / Barista.
• An energetic, clean, friendly, reliable and outgoing individual;
• Ability to work in a clean and tidy manner even during busy periods;
• Relevant skills & knowledge in the position applied for.
• Coffee addiction and Latter Art skills (not mandatory).
• Professional service, articulated communication, liaise & coordinate with other staff members and management is vital.
