About the role
We are seeking a passionate Barista/all rounder to join our dynamic team at Heats bakery in Cockburn Central, Western Australia. This is a casual role, offering the flexibility to fit around your lifestyle.
As our Barista/all rounder, you will be responsible for serving high-quality coffee beverages to our customers, as well as assisting with a range of front-of-house duties to ensure a seamless experience for our guests.
What you'll be doing
- Preparing and serving coffee and drinks,
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for all customers
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, including the equipments
- Assisting with various front-of-house tasks, such as taking orders, operating the cash register, and restocking supplies
- Adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene standards
What we're looking for
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role within the Hospitality & Tourism industry
- Excellent coffee-making skills and knowledge of different brewing methods
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanour
- Ability to work efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Good time management and organisational skills
