Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare high quality coffee
- Provide excellent customer service and engage with guests
- Assist with food preparation, including cakes and sandwiches
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café and equipment
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Support team members during busy periods and special events
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role is a plus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential!
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Energetic and enthusiastic individuals, with a positive attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for coffee and a desire to share that knowledge with customers.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
