Barista All Rounder

About the role

We are seeking All Rounder with Barista Skill to join our vibrant team at Vitaland Kids Cafe' in West Perth, WA. In this casual role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality beverages to our customers. Whether you're making coffee, serving food, or assisting with general cafe duties, your passion for hospitality and attention to detail will be crucial to the success of our cafe.

What you'll be doing

1. Preparing and serving a variety of coffee and espresso-based beverages to our customers
2. Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in the cafe
3. Assisting with food preparation, counter service, and general cafe operations as needed
4. Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organisation in the cafe
5. Adhering to all health, safety, and compliance requirements

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience as a barista or in a similar cafe/hospitality role
2. Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and the ability to consistently produce high-quality beverages
3. Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanour
4. Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
5. Good communication and teamwork skills
6. A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience
