Barista All-rounder

Blacksmith is looking for an experienced Barista All-rounder to join our close-knit team on either a Casual or Part-time basis! We're offering 2-5 days for the right candidate (must be available on Weekends, morning till lunch).

The ideal candidate has a friendly and sociable personality, has the eagerness to learn, and is able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The barista should have experience working with specialty coffees.

In your role, you will be working with our Head Barista, and will have the opportunity to learn new things and sharpen your skills.

Requirements / Key Information:

• Minimum 2 years of barista experience in Australia, or 3 years of overseas experience.
• Fluent in English, great communication skills
• Must be able to do latte art
• Filter coffee knowledge and experience with specialty drinks is a bonus
• Paying above award rates - negotiable based on experience.
