Barista/All Rounder

We are Fremantle’s oldest Cafe and we are so proud of our history. Culleys has been trading since 1925 and we are still a family owned and operated business.

We are on the hunt for stellar barista, cafe all-rounder and FOH staff at our Kardinya Bakery. Previous experience and a great attitude are a must. Must work well in a team environment and must be willing to interact with customers.

Expected 40 hrs per week Mon - Fri.

To be successful you must have

· Barista experience

Food Handling & kitchen experience essential.

· Exceptional customer service and rapport building skills with customers.

· Excel under pressure.

· Team-oriented with a can-do attitude.

· Have a high standard of excellence and are up for a challenge.

· Enjoys contributing to a fun, team-oriented, customer-focused atmosphere.

· Kounta POS System knowledge preferred but not essential.

· Be available for early morning shifts

· Must have own transport.

Pay: From $28.00 per hour
