Duotone Is Hiring – Barista/All-Rounder 

Duotone is a specialty café in the Perth CBD, roasting high-scored green beans and serving every cup with precision. We’re focused, fast, and serious about quality—but we keep it real and friendly too.

We’re currently looking to bring one more solid team member on board.

The Role:

 • 30–35 hours/week

 • Monday to Friday only (no weekends)

 • HIGA award pay

 • Strong, supportive team and loyal customer base

Who we’re after:

 • A strong people person or a serious coffee lover (ideally both)

 • Minimum 1year experience in a fast-paced café

 • Confident on the machine and in a team environment

 • Calm under pressure, sharp with workflow

 • Clear communicator with a good energy
