Coffee-Focused Role 

Duotone coffee  is looking for a barista with genuine passion for coffee and a drive to keep improving.

About the role:

• 25–35 hours per week

• Work across 7 days (flexible roster)

• Pay aligned with HiGA standards

What we do:

• Multiple single origins on rotation

• Regular cupping

• Filter brewing + cold brew

• Roasting our own beans

• Clean, efficient workflow

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 1 year Australian café experience

• Fast learner, quick hands, happy vibe

• Loves tasting and talking coffee

• Values consistency, quality, and growth

• Long-term mindset
