Barista / All-Rounder

Humblebee Coffee Roasters is on the lookout for a Barista / All-Rounder to join our team at our specialty cafe & roastery in Mount Hawthorn.

This is a casual position, 15 - 25 hours per week with possibility of ongoing work for the right candidate.

The position:

- Representing our roastery by serving specialty coffee as a Barista behind our coffee bar.

- Exposure to aspects of specialty coffee that extend beyond the bar.

- Become part of a small, passionate and talented team.

- Opportunities for ongoing training and growth.

- The ability to experiment and be creative in a supportive environment.

Our ideal candidate:

- Has recent barista experience.

- Has a genuine interest in specialty coffee with the drive to continuously learn more.

- Is flexible & adaptable with keen attention to detail.

- Has a friendly, approachable nature with the ability to build rapport with customers.
