About the role

As a Barista at Boatshed Market, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional coffee and customer service to our patrons. This full-time role is based in our bustling cafe located in Cottesloe, Western Australia. You will be a key member of our passionate hospitality team, contributing to the vibrant atmosphere and helping to fuel the local community.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare a range of high-quality espresso-based drinks to our customers' specifications
• Ensure all equipment is properly cleaned and maintained to the highest standards
• Provide friendly and attentive customer service, creating a welcoming environment
• Maintain stock levels and assist with inventory management as required
• Contribute to a positive team culture

What we're looking for

• At least 1 year of experience as a Barista in a fast-paced cafe or restaurant environment
• Excellent coffee-making skills and knowledge of different brewing methods
• Passion for providing outstanding customer service and creating a memorable experience
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a team
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment
• Relevant food safety and barista training certifications
