What You’ll Be Responsible For

Coffee Craft & Service

· Prepare consistently high-quality coffee, quickly and with care

· Maintain speed, accuracy, and attention to detail during busy service

· Engage customers with warmth, confidence, and personality

· Work collaboratively with the FOH team to deliver seamless service

Setup & Operations

· Set up and dial in the coffee station to a high standard each day

· Manage stock and supplies for the coffee station

· Maintain a clean, organised and efficient work environment

· Ensure all equipment is in good working order and report any issues

Culture & Contribution

· Work with pride and positivity in a team-focused environment

· Contribute to ongoing improvements and seasonal menu changes

· Be flexible and willing to help in other areas during peak periods

What We’re Looking For

· Minimum 1–2 years barista experience in a fast-paced cafe or venue

· Confident with dial-ins, milk texturing, and multi-order management

· Strong customer service skills and a positive, energetic attitude

· High standards of cleanliness, organisation, and consistency

· Availability for early mornings, weekends, and peak service periods

· A genuine love for coffee and an ability to stay cool calm and collected during rushes

· A passion for building relationships with regular customers and being a part of the team and community
