We are excited to extend this to existing Supervisors or Managers (with excellent Barista Skills) Head Barista, or outstanding Baristas wanting to step up to next level,  This is your shot!

Deli Chicchi is an established, well-loved, western suburb cafe with an existing awesome Team, and a tight knit family-like culture.

The Tribe has spoken, and we now need an awesome, friendly, smiling, organised, efficient individual to outshine the owner in building fantastic relationships with customers/regulars, and lead a Team in producing exceptional coffee (we have a reputation for this) and a seamless, customer focussed front of house.

Days and Remuneration negotiable for the right candidate. If you’re a superstar you’ll be paid like one!

This position officially commences Feb 3rd, but training and handover from our beloved Supervisor (moving to Canada) commences as soon as you are available. 

30-38hrs flexibility.
