Baker/Tradesperson

Baker required for wholesale artisan bakery.

Loafers Artisan is a wholesale artisan bakery that has been operating for over 14 years supplying the greater Perth Area.  

We are always investing heavily into our systems, equipment, infrastructure, and people which has led to high growth and demand for our business and products. We use both state-of-the-art industrial equipment as well as hand moulding trade craft to produce a range of artisan breads. 

We are now looking for a Qualified Baker to join our team. 

This role starts at 7 am and finishes at 3 pm

Duties will include:

• Running 2 double rack ovens
• Running a konig divider / rounder
• Assisting other parts of the production as needed
• Clean down activities 

About you:

• A qualified baker a skilled labourer with minimum 5 Years in various baking roles.
• High food safety standards and knowledge.
• A professional attitude and the ability to adapt your existing skills.
• Team player with a high attention to detail and commitment to quality. 
• Able to work weekends.

The business operates 7 days a week. No night shifts! Only day and afternoon shifts.
