About the role

We are seeking an experienced Baker to join our team at Little Home Bakery in Morley, WA. This is a full-time position, where you will be responsible for the production of high-quality baked goods to delight our customers. As an integral member of our passionate team, you will play a key role in keeping our commitment to using the best ingredients and traditional baking methods.

What you'll be doing

• Mixing, preparing and baking a variety of baked goods according to our recipes and standards
• Working in a semi-automated production area and be open-minded to the newest technology
• Ensuring the bakery workspace and equipment are clean, organised and well-maintained
• Adhering to all food safety and hygiene standards
• Providing excellent customer service when interacting with customers

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Baker, preferably in a commercial or artisanal bakery setting
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients and food safety regulations
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure to meet production deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
