The Opportunity 

We’re on the hunt for our opening team and currently hiring 5-6 new casuals to join us for launch in October 2025. We're also looking for a high quality barista who can take on a permanant role within the business.

As an All Rounder, you'll be the face of our cafe and smoothie business, bringing energy, positivity, and genuine care to every customer interaction. You’ll be preparing and serving delicious, nutrient-packed smoothies, coffee and food (think raw balls, chia cups and more) while creating a welcoming environment that keeps customers coming back not just for the drinks, but for the experience. 

You’ll report directly to the Store Manager and work alongside a passionate, supportive team that shares your enthusiasm for wellness and great service. The casual roles are perfect for individuals who value flexibility but are also highly reliable and excited to grow with a new independent business.  

What You’ll Do as our All Rounder  

• Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a warm, friendly, and personalised experience that leaves every customer feeling valued and uplifted. 

• Prepare and serve high-quality smoothies, coffee and food with consistency and care, ensuring every product reflects our commitment to health, taste, and presentation. 

• Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic workspace, contributing to a safe and inviting store environment that customers love returning to. 

• Support team operations during busy periods, working efficiently and collaboratively to keep service smooth and wait times low. 

• Live and promote our brand values, helping build a positive store culture rooted in authenticity, connection, and care. 

• Stay informed about menu items and ingredients, so you can confidently answer questions and guide customers in making healthy, delicious choices. 

Who You Are

• Hospitality or retail experience, with a strong focus on providing excellent customer service.
• A genuine interest in health foods and healthy living – you live the values we promote every day.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional manner.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
• Have regular availability Monday-Sunday – we're open all week!
• Experience with food preparation, including handling ingredients safely and hygienically (desirable but not essential).
• Previous smoothie bar or juice bar experience, with knowledge of blenders, portioning, and smoothie recipes (desirable but not essential).
• Coffee training or barista experience – able to make basic espresso-based drinks is a bonus (desirable but not essential).
• Familiarity with POS systems and handling cash/card transactions.
