Café Chérie is looking for an experienced, hands-on leader to step into a key role within our much-loved French–Aussie café.

This is a front-of-house leadership role for someone who thrives on running a smooth, happy venue during the day. If you love leading from the floor (not from an office), this one’s for you.

Weekend availability required on a rotating basis.

• Leading and motivating a medium-sized café team

• Running day-to-day venue operations with confidence

• Setting the standard for service, pace, and professionalism

• Supporting staff, managing shifts, and keeping the floor flowing

• Jumping on coffee when needed (you must be confident on machine)

• Being the calm, positive presence the team looks to

• Proven experience leading a café or hospitality team

• Strong barista skills and speed under pressure
